Job summary

Olectra in India seeks an experienced R&D Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from concept to final release. You will prepare timelines, coordinate with design teams, and ensure deliverables meet the agreed schedule.

The role requires 3–5 years in R&D project management, strong interpersonal skills, and knowledge of bus and truck design processes, with close collaboration across Strategic, Marketing, and Sales.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma/BE/B.Tech/Mechanical/Automobile/MBA.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in R&D Project Management.
• Skills: timeline planning, communication, bus/truck design, end-to-end design & manufacturing, dashboard tools.
