The Position

We are building the future of insurance with AI. Join our India Digital Innovation Unit to design and deploy AI‑powered solutions that transform underwriting, claims, and operational efficiency for a leading global insurer. We invite AI Engineers, Senior Engineers, and Principal Engineers across 3 to 15 years of experience — from hands‑on model builders to AI platform architects — to be part of our high‑impact journey.

(Responsibilities scale with experience and level of ownership)

AI/ML Development

• Design, train, and deploy ML models for risk scoring, underwriting automation, fraud detection, and claims analytics.
• Implement GenAI and NLP‑driven applications for document understanding, customer support, and workflow orchestration.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, feature stores, and real‑time inference systems.
• Architect scalable data platforms integrating internal and external data sources.

MLOps & Deployment

• Develop CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and monitoring frameworks for ML models.
• Deploy models via APIs, batch inference systems, and cloud‑native platforms (AWS/Azure).

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to model governance, bias detection, and explainability frameworks.
• Champion security, scalability, and compliance in AI design.
• Translate business needs into AI‑driven solutions for underwriting, claims, and operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to prioritize AI accelerators and strategic initiatives.

• Programming & Tools: Strong in Python, SQL, Pandas/NumPy; experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• MLOps & Cloud: Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes; exposure to AWS/Azure ML services.
• Data Systems: Understanding of data pipelines, Spark/Hadoop, and real‑time feature stores.
• GenAI & NLP: Experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and intelligent document processing.
• Governance: Awareness of responsible AI, explainability, and model lifecycle management.
