Role Overview:

In this role, you will engineer and deploy AI/ML models that power trading intelligence, advisory automation, fraud/risk scoring, personalization engines, and operational efficiencies across the broking value chain. You will work at the intersection of AI, product, and markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that scale across millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build AI Products That Matter

• Develop and operationalize models for: Trading signals & pattern recognition, Market data insights & anomaly detection, RM advisory co-pilot workflows.
• Deploy seamlessly using robust MLOps pipelines.

2. Bring GenAI Into the Core

• Build GenAI/NLP/ML workflows for: Automated support & agent-assist, Back-office automation & compliance workflows, Cross-sell insights, lead scoring & personalised campaigns.

3. Integrate AI Into the Real World

• Connect models with: CRM, RM dashboards & advisory tools; Back-office, OMS/RMS & internal APIs.

4. Own Data & Model Performance

• Work across market feeds, trading logs, behavioural signals & customer journeys.
• Drive feature engineering, A/B tests & continuous optimizations.

5. Collaborate Like an Owner

• Co-shape AI-first product roadmaps with Product Managers.
• Validate real use cases with Business, Operations & RM teams.
• Run demos, POCs, pilots & evangelise AI across the organisation.

Technical Expertise

• Strong hands‑on experience building, deploying, and scaling ML models: NLP, LLM integration, RAG systems.

Proficiency in

• Python, SQL.
• ML frameworks: TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn.
• API frameworks: FastAPI / Flask.
• Experience integrating AI into enterprise‑scale or consumer‑facing applications.

Domain Knowledge (Highly Preferred)

• Experience in Equity Broking, Trading, FinTech, WealthTech, or BFSI.
• Understanding of: Market data, indicators, algorithmic signals; Onboarding, KYC, surveillance workflows; RM advisory lifecycle & customer engagement flows.
