As an AI Engineer with over 5 years of experience, you will leverage your expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and AI algorithms to develop high-impact AI solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI models, optimize performance, and ensure scalability. You will also be responsible for collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into our insurance business domain services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating applications using artificial intelligence solutions.
• Analyzing and solving problems using AI techniques.
• Developing clean, efficient, and robust AI-driven code.
• Working in a team of other developers and designers.
• Working with large datasets for AI applications.
• Training deep learning and machine learning models, selecting appropriate model architectures.
• Being involved in AI-related processes of agile development.
• Working with advanced conversational agents powered by LLMs and related techniques (e.g., GPT-4, BERT, or custom LLM-based solutions).
• Monitor and optimize the performance of LLMs, ensuring fast response times and efficient use of computational resources, especially for large-scale deployments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• [ 5+ ] years of work experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar technical role.
• Hands-on experience in popular AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, etc.
• Practical knowledge with areas: machine learning, deep learning, and optimization (Familiar with latest Deep Learning techniques, LLM model development and related techniques is preferred).
• Strong coding experience in Python, Java, C++, or other relevant programming languages.
• Extensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and deep learning techniques (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, GANs).
• Experience with data wrangling, feature engineering, and working with large, complex datasets (SQL, NoSQL, etc.).
• Cloud services expertise such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for AI model deployment and scaling.
• Experience using Git and other version control systems for collaborative development.
• Strong expertise in model deployment pipelines, containerization (Docker), and Kubernetes.
• RESTful API design and development principles is a must.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven track record of working effectively within a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Experience working in domains like Policy, Claims, or Insurance is a plus.
