Job summary

Her Pursuit Chennai seeks an Engineer/Sr. Engineer for Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance (Shift) to manage breakdowns, RCA/CAPA execution, and preventive maintenance. You will coordinate AMC vendors, monitor spares, and ensure reliable electrical supply for the plant.

The role requires 6–12 years in a plant maintenance capacity, with expertise in injection moulding equipment and preventive maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or B.Tech required.
• 6–12 years in plant maintenance role.
• Experience with Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance and preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Attend equipment breakdowns to ensure smooth machine operation.
• Perform RCA and implement CAPA actions.
• Maintain stock of machine spares and consumables to minimize repair time.
• Coordinate AMC agencies for preventive maintenance and ensure equipment performance.
• Ensure reliable electrical power supply by maintaining Electrical Distribution System and HT Yard.

Roles & Responsibility :

Role: Engineer/ Sr. Engineer - Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance (Shift)

Responsibility :

• Attending equipment breakdown activities to ensure smooth working of the machines.
• Doing effective RCA and effective implementation of CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventive Action).
• Monitoring and maintaining machine spares & consumable stock within the department to minimize machine repairing time.
• Co-coordinating & planning visits & tasks of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) agencies to maintain the optimum level of the equipment's performance.
• Additionally Ensuring trouble free electrical power supply to the plant by maintaining Electrical Distribution System and HT Yard

Hiring Specifications:

Educational Qualification: Any Engineering or B.Tech

Experience: 6 to 12 years experience in plant maintenance role expertise in Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance and preventive maintenance.
