Job summary

HRD House in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Electrical Design Engineer for manufacturing machines. You will design electrical systems, select components, assemble panels, wire cabling, and commission equipment, ensuring GMP compliance and safety.

The role requires BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation with 4–6 years of relevant machine-building experience, and hands-on skills in schematics, BOMs, sensors, PLCs, and embedded controllers.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation with 4+ years experience in machine building, electrical manufacturing, or commissioning.
• Hands-on experience with electrical schematics, control panels, drives, sensors, and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of embedded programming (C/C++), firmware integration, PLCs, and communication protocols.
• Experience in electrical BOM preparation, vendor coordination, testing, and documentation.
• Knowledge of machine safety, electrical isolation, GMP manufacturing requirements.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, packaging, or process machinery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical systems for manufacturing machines, including schematics, panels, wiring, and integration.

• Candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical schematics, control panels, drives, sensors, and troubleshooting.
• Candidate should have working knowledge of embedded programming (C/C++), firmware integration, PLCs, and communication protocols.
• Candidate should have experience in electrical BOM preparation, vendor coordination, testing, and documentation.
• Candidate should have knowledge of machine safety, electrical isolation, and GMP manufacturing requirements.
• Candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical, food, packaging, or process machinery (preferred).
