Emerson is seeking a skilled control valve engineer in Chennai, India. You will coordinate with sales and project pursuit teams to handle customer enquiries with timely, accurate information and prepare techno-commercial offers aligned with company standards.

You will manage key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting the sales team with technical queries and post-order guidance, and ensuring contract compliance through post-order documentation review.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years of experience in the control valve industry.
• Engineering or related field degree.
• Hands-on knowledge of sizing and selection of control valves.

• You establish clear goals with anticipated outcomes and results and focus and monitor both formal and informal progress regularly, understand the importance and interdependence of internal customer relationships, solicit both input and discussion, prepare content for communication that is impactful, focus on strategy and monitor changes.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• 3-8 years of experience in the control valve industry (required).
• A degree in engineering or related field
• Hands on knowledge and experience of control valves sizing & selection.
• Communication and technical acumen to interact with clients and colleagues (preferred)
• Ability to operate and utilize engineering computer systems for various tasks (preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and visualization skills to create and select the best product for the clients (preferred).
• Awareness of internal and industry standards as related to position responsibility (preferred)
