Responsibilities

  • Coordinate medium-complex, multinational projects from bid to completion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including operations, quality, sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, planning, and intercompany stakeholders.
  • Drive techno-commercial discussions: scope, changes, terms, milestones.
  • Review and approve commitments like lead times, deviations, and commercial conditions.
  • Develop and maintain understanding of product design, manufacturing and quality standards.
  • Facilitate internal and external project meetings for timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings to establish scope, roles and expectations.
  • Coordinate inspection planning with customers and third-party agencies.
  • Ensure alignment between purchase orders and quotations before acceptance.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with schedules, milestones, procurement strategies, risk mitigation.
  • Monitor progress and drive corrective actions via reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with timelines, documentation, and inspection readiness.
  • Provide direction to global teams contributing to execution.
  • Manage project financial performance with finance for profitability.

You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with customer expectations, while driving technical and commercial success across the project lifecycle.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Coordinate and manage medium-complex, multi-national projects from bid stage through execution and completion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including operations, quality, sales, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, planning, and intercompany stakeholders.
  • Drive techno-commercial discussions, including scope definition, change management, contractual terms, and milestone alignment.
  • Review and approve project commitments such as lead times, technical deviations, and commercial conditions.
  • Develop and maintain strong understanding of product design, manufacturing processes, quality standards, and applicable global codes.
  • Facilitate internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and execution strategies.
  • Conduct project kick‑off meetings (internal and customer‑facing) to establish clear scope, roles, and expectations.
  • Coordinate inspection planning with customers, third‑party agencies, and quality teams.
  • Ensure alignment between purchase orders and quotations prior to project acceptance and execution.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans including schedules, milestones, procurement strategies, and risk mitigation approaches.
  • Monitor progress against plans and drive corrective actions through regular performance reviews.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart
  • Experience with isolation valves or similar industrial products.
  • Exposure to industries such as oil & gas, petrochemicals, power, or metals and mining.
  • Experience managing global or multi‑site projects.
  • Understanding of inspection processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Financial acumen including project costing, margin analysis, and profitability tracking.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
