Job summary

Munters in Kolkata, India, is hiring for an early- to mid-career Project Planner to oversee end-to-end project planning from order receipt through delivery. You will develop schedules, manage BOMs and material planning, and coordinate with procurement and quality teams to ensure on-time execution.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant manufacturing experience and a BE/BTech in Mechanical or Production Engineering or related discipline. On-site role in a dynamic production setting.

• Manage fabrication, production, inspection, packaging and dispatch activities with schedule adherence.
• Drive stakeholder communication, customer updates and continuous improvement to meet targets.

• Develop project schedules, track milestones, identify risks, and coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams for timely execution.
• Prepare BOMs, plan raw materials, optimize material utilization, and coordinate procurement, quality approvals, and inventory availability.
• Manage fabrication, production, inspection, packaging, and dispatch activities while ensuring -documentation accuracy and schedule adherence.
• Drive stakeholder communication, customer updates, issue resolution, and continuous improvement to achieve project, quality, and delivery targets.
