Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience and a BE/BTech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering. Proficiency with CNC/VMC operations and CAD drawings is preferred.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering is required.
• 1–3 years of relevant planning experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production planning.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and meet delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan production activities based on customer requirements, priorities, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production progress against planned quantities and delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Engineering, and Subcontractors.
• Understand the complete manufacturing process from raw material to finished component.
• Understand CNC and VMC machine operations and machining processes.
• Plan operations such as CNC Turning, VMC Milling, drilling, tapping, boring, grinding, etc.
• Understand tooling, cutting parameters, cycle time, and operation time.
• Ensure finished goods are ready as per the planned shipment schedule.

We are looking for a Planning Engineer with strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and customer coordination. The candidate should be capable of understanding Router Cards, CAD Drawings, dimensions, tolerances, machining processes, CNC/VMC operations, and coordinating production activities to meet customer delivery schedules.
