Job summary

Sansera Engineering Limited is seeking a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of engineering projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to meet milestones and optimize costs.

The role requires a BE/Diploma/B.Tech or related field with 1–2 years of project engineering experience and the ability to read engineering drawings, understand manufacturing processes, and apply AS9100

• Basic understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Assist in developing project plans and schedules, defining milestones, tasks, and resource requirements.
• Project Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
• Budget Monitoring: Track project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets. Highlight deviations and potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential project risks, evaluate their impact, and support development of mitigation plans.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for procurement requirements and timely delivery of materials/services.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, progress reports, and change requests.
• Quality Assurance: Work with the Quality team to ensure compliance with applicable project standards and quality procedures.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and escalated deviations from schedule or scope when needed.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives, cost optimization, and overall project efficiency.
