Job summary

Sansera Engineering Limited in Bengaluru seeks a seasoned Production Operations professional to manage and execute production plans in an aerospace manufacturing environment. You will drive process compliance, productivity improvements, and cross-functional collaboration for on-time delivery.

The role requires handling jig/fixture tooling, change control, and QMS documentation, with focus on meeting customer requirements and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• BE/Diploma/B.Tech or any relevant field.
• 2-5 years (Preferably in Automotive, aerospace or precision manufacturing)
• AS9100 QMS and Documentation awareness.
• Production planning & execution knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall production operations to meet organizational targets.
• Execute monthly and weekly production plans as per customer schedules.
• Maintain and document all customer-related production processes.
• Review and support design of jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Plan facility requirements, oversee installation and commissioning activities.
• Establish and maintain Configuration Management systems.
• Lead first-sample development and obtain FAI approval
• Handle drawing change control and ensure updates are implemented on the shop floor.
• Participate in technical reviews with customers.
• Maintain production registers and track OEE.
• Control rejections and initiate corrective and preventive actions for non-conformances.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor material availability, and ensure readiness for production.
• Review and report on production and sales performance to the management.
• Initiate productivity improvement plans and actions.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime and equipment outages.

PRIME FUNCTION

Experience
