Aum Staffing Services is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee Fabrication/Welding and Assembly shops to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and machines. You will drive manufacturing processes to meet quality standards and timelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining ERP and ISO records, monitoring process parameters and quality check sheets, and leading preventive and corrective maintenance of welding and fabrication equipment. You will also pursue continuous process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Periodic Production MIS.
• Online ERP records and ISO records maintenance, including process parameters and quality check sheets.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of Welding/Fabrication machines.
• Process improvement initiatives.
