Job summary

Mahindra and Mahindra Limited is seeking an experienced professional to handle resolution of critical field issues across vehicle Electrical systems. The role involves coordinating with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigations and delivering quick, precise solutions, and mobilising suppliers when needed.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving and technical analysis in Electrical & Electronics / Software & Infotainment / Power Train.
• Functional knowledge of vehicle systems and ability to identify concerns at vehicle/system level.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and data loggers for vehicle electronics.
• Ability to use and interpret diagnostic tools to validate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolution of critical field issues across vehicle Electrical systems.
• Coordinate with Dealer-TEKline-PVT for investigation and rapid solutions.
• Coordinate and mobilize suppliers for investigation/solution if required.
• Validate the solution and assess effectiveness.
• Develop and monitor corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
