Job summary

Jubilant Ingrevia Limited in Nira seeks an Engineer – Boiler Utility to ensure smooth functioning of WTP/WCP utilities and supporting systems. You will drive maintenance, monitoring, and spares optimization for efficient plant operation.

The role requires 2–4 years in mechanical maintenance with ERP experience, to optimize DM water usage and energy efficiency at the site.

Qualifications

• B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical with 2–4 years of experience.
• Experience in operation and maintenance of boilers and utility equipment.
• Proficiency with ERP for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Improve OPE of D M Plant.
• Monitor cooling tower temperatures for effectiveness.
• Ensure basins and top decks of cooling towers are cleaned as per schedule.
• Standardize common spares of cooling towers.
• Reduce effluent at DM Plant for disposal and caustic consumption at CETP.
• Reduce cost of utility (DM Water).
• Initiate energy saving schemes by optimizing cooling water flow/pressure at CT.
• Regular monitoring of preventive and predictive maintenance activities and spares management.
