• To ensure smooth functioning of WTP / WCP plants

Key Responsibilities

(Performance Indicators)

• Improving OPE of D M Plant.
• Monitoring of cooling tower temperatures for its effectiveness.
• Ensuring basins and top decks of cooling towers are cleaned as per schedule.
• Standardization of common spares of cooling towers.
• Reduction in effluent at DM Plant for disposal and caustic consumption at CETP.
• Reduction of cost of utility (D M Water).
• To initiate the energy saving scheme by optimization of cooling water flow / pressure at CT.
• Regular monitoring of preventive and predictive maintenance activities and spares management.
