As an Engineer, PLM & Product Compliance, you will play an important role in helping our Fluid Conveyance Division maintain high-quality engineering data, efficient product lifecycle processes, and strong compliance performance. You'll support engineers and stakeholders across the business by ensuring our PLM systems, engineering data, and change management processes enable teams to work effectively and make informed decisions. In this role, you will help translate regulatory, customer, and market requirements into practical engineering actions that support business objectives. Your work will improve data accuracy, strengthen compliance responsiveness, and drive operational excellence through automation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. By collaborating with global teams, you will help create a more efficient, reliable, and compliant product development environment.
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented engineer who enjoys improving processes, solving complex data challenges, and working across global teams.
Experience with Fluid Conveyance products, product compliance activities, regulatory requirements, dashboard development, user training, process documentation, automation initiatives, or continuous improvement projects would be advantageous. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for improving engineering processes and data quality.
