Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Senior Engineer for Software Testing in Pune to lead embedded software testing activities. The role focuses on LabVIEW and NI Test Stand, writing test cases, scripting and executing automated tests, and guiding the testing team.

You will contribute to test strategy and collaborate with cross-functional teams on software requirements, while ensuring quality throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech/MTech or equivalent in Electronics/Telecommunications/CS.
• CLD certification is must; CLA preferred.
• 5+ years in embedded software testing using LabVIEW & NI TestStand.
• Knowledge of CAN, UDS, CANopen, J1939.
• Experience with test specification management and tools like Polarion or equivalent.
• Familiar with change management tools (JIRA/VSTS), version control (SVN/GIT/ClearCase), and traceability tools (Reqtify).
• Understanding SDLC and Agile Scrum.

The Impact You'll Make

Danfoss is looking for an experienced person having solid experience in SeniorEmbedded Systems Software Testing using LabVIEW and Test Stand, in accordance with Software Testing Life Cycle.

This person will be responsible to guide and coach the team as well as independently write test cases and develop scripts based on defined software requirements.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Writing Software testcase specification and management
• Scripting the test cases per test case specification
• Testing, test executing and reporting
• Leading and coaching the team

What We're Looking For

B.E/B. Tech/M.Tech/Master (Electronics/Telecommunications/Computers Science)OR equivalent

• Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) is must
• Certified LabVIEW Architect(CLA) is preferred
• Experience & Attributes
