Job summary

Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) is hiring for NMS operations in Hyderabad. The role focuses on monitoring field and data center networks, maintaining NMS systems, and ensuring timely alerts and reporting. You will plan upgrades, test bug fixes, and troubleshoot with RCA.

Candidates should have 1+ year in network monitoring, strong Linux/DevOps/Python skills, SNMP, and experience with SolarWinds or similar NMS tools. CCNA/CCNP preferred. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 01 to 04 years of work experience in Linux, DevOps, Python and SolarWinds.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in network monitoring and managing corresponding systems/tools
• In-depth understanding of SNMP and monitoring parameters for smooth network operations and troubleshooting
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, networking, switching and routing
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language like Python
• Experience on SolarWinds or similar leading NMS system
• Experience in planning and operations of distributed L3 networks
• CCNA/CCNP certification preferred, SolarWinds expertise is a plus

Responsibilities

• Publish relevant reports and statistics promptly.
• Keep NMS database updated with network evolution.
• Plan and upgrade HW capacity, SW versions, redundancy, connectivity with network elements and applications.
• Test and deploy bug fixes and new features related to NMS.
• Troubleshoot NMS issues, provide RCA, implement fixes.
• Assist business and tech teams with data analytics.

Job Description: NMS operations

Monitor entire field and DC network, ensure smooth operations for various NMS systems.

• Ensure timely alerts in case of any events or parameters crossing threshold
• Ensure timely publishing of relevant reports and statistics
• Keep NMS database updated as per network evolution
• Plan and upgrade HW capacity, SW version, redundancy, connectivity with network elements and other applications as required
• Test and deploy bug fixes, new features/products related to NMS applications
• Quickly troubleshoot any issues with NMS systems and provide RCA, implement AIs
• Analyse and assist business and tech teams with new data analytics

1. Understanding the architecture and application workflow of SolarWinds/HP tools.

Requirements:
