Job summary

Kalinga Commercial Corporation Limited is seeking a Maintenance MIS Specialist to manage the Mechanical Department's MIS, prepare reports, and support maintenance planning. The role involves updating maintenance data, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with Mechanical, Stores, Production and Finance for accurate data collection.

Seeking 2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance MIS with proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP knowledge preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance MIS.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain maintenance records for HEMM and other mining equipment.
• Update preventive, breakdown and repair maintenance data.
• Monitor equipment availability, downtime and maintenance KPIs.
• Maintain spare parts consumption and inventory records.
• Update ERP with maintenance-related information.
• Prepare equipment performance and cost analysis reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of reports.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Stores, Production and Finance departments for data collection and reconciliation.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
