Design, optimize, and manage integrated systems of people, materials, equipment, and process to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and delivery performance in seal manufacturing operations.

- Layout design for highmix, lowvolume products
- Value Stream Mapping for standard vs. engineeredtoorder products
- Line balancing from raw material to finished part
- Reduction of WIP across processes
Capacity & Planning
- Capacity modelling for bottleneck operations
- Standardization of setup and cycle times
- Time & motion studies
- ROI analysis for new investments
Lean & Continuous Improvement
- Kaizen events for setup reduction in smallbatch lots
- SMED (Single Minute Exchange of Dies) implementation
- Tooling & fixture standardization across machining
- OEE tracking on critical machines
- Scrap/rework analysis and automation solutions for highvolume products
Ergonomics, 5S & Safety
- Ergonomic cell/machine layout design
- Material handling automation/simplification
- Implementation of 5S and safety practices
Quality Systems & Data Exposure:
- Statistical analysis/SPC for critical dimensions
- Preparation of process flow, control plan & PFMEA.
Supply Chain Facilitation Factory consumables, Tools
- Control of consumable expenditure within targets
- Kanban system implementation for highmovement consumables
- Safety stock management based on ROL, MOQ & lead time
