Job summary

Adonis Recruitment Consultants is seeking a maintenance engineer in Tamil Nadu to oversee maintenance of injection molding and extrusion machines at the Oragadam site. You will drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs while reducing breakdowns and downtime.

The role requires 5+ years in machine maintenance with strong RCA and IATF 16949 awareness, and you will join a team focused on improving MTTR, MTBF and overall equipment availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in maintenance, with strong focus on injection molding and extrusion machinery.
• Proficiency in RCA, MTTR, MTBF and auditing under IATF 16949.
• Experience in Tool Room maintenance.
• Willing to work at Oragadam (Chennai area).

Responsibilities

• Maintain injection molding machines and extrusion machines.
• Focus on preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Improve machine availability and reduce MTTR/MTBF.
• Conduct RCA to minimize recurring breakdowns.
