Job summary

Mitsubishi Elevators in India seeks a proactive project professional to handle elevator projects in the designated area, coordinating with QAQC, safety, sales and stores to ensure seamless execution and timely handover to customers.

The role requires strong client communication, ISO procedure implementation at sites, and the ability to initiate solutions, monitor rolling plans, arrange inspections, and coordinate PMT/load tests with third parties.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the elevator industry.
• Willing to learn and grow.
• Reliability in managing assigned tasks and upholding company standards.
• Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Handling projects at the particular area and ensuring elevator installations are carried out.
• Proactive communication with clients in respective areas.
• Preparing the materials received acknowledgment sheet and verifying materials delivered at projects.
• Ensuring compliance with projects in respective areas and ensuring the same is followed by all team members.
• Implementation of ISO procedures and following the same at site and project files.
• Sourcing out subcontractors and monitoring performance and rolling plan preparation.
• Commissioning and handing over installations to customers in coordination with QAQC team.
• Coordination with sales and inter-field depts, Maintenance, QAQC, safety, purchase and stores for effective execution of projects.
• Proactive communications to clients to avoid escalations; communicate with HOS & CO.
• Taking PMT, CC / Load test activity.
• Getting inspection clearance from third party or lift inspector/government officials.

9. Proactive communications to clients avoid escalations. Proactive communication with HOS & CO.


10. Taking PMT, CC / Load test activity.


11. Getting inspection cleared from third party or lift inspector / government officials.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2 - 5 Years Exp in elevator industry
