Job summary

Flex in Sriperumbudur is seeking an Engineer – Industrial Engineering to support our teams that build great products and contribute to our growth. This role is based on site in Sriperumbudur and requires collaboration with multiple functions to optimize manufacturing processes.

You will design layouts for new products, set up lines, map manpower, establish production standards and cycle times, and drive productivity improvements while optimizing space and reducing lead times.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Team worker with effective understanding of group behavior.
• Ability to lead shift operations.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team

• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and training.
• Typically requires 4+ years of experience
• Strong experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Team worker with effective understanding of group behavior
• Team handling experience is a must.
• Ability to lead shift operations
