Job summary

Insight Public Sector is seeking an Engineer III to deploy and configure Cisco Webex Calling, provisioning users, devices, locations, and dial plans while supporting number porting and PSTN integration across multiple customer environments.

You will collaborate with senior engineers on solution design, testing, and pre-deployment requirements; prepare configuration documents and cutover guides to ensure consistent implementation across concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with VoIP, unified communications, or Cisco collaboration systems, including familiarity with Cisco Webex Calling or similar cloud calling platforms.
• Understanding of SIP signaling, RTP media, VoIP fundamentals, and networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS, and DNS.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, process adherence, and the ability to manage multiple project tasks and meet delivery deadlines.

What we’re looking for

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
