Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in routing, switching and wireless design.
• Hands-on Cisco Meraki cloud-management experience.
• Experience with Cisco DNA Center (Catalyst Center) for automation.
• Solid security, segmentation and access-control concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade network infrastructure.
• Deploy Cisco Meraki cloud-managed networking for enterprise clients.
• Implement Cisco Catalyst Center for network automation and intent-based networking.
• Manage lifecycle from planning to deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Create detailed technical specs, diagrams, and runbooks.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across multi-site environments.
• Support network security implementations and threat mitigation.
• Collaborate with systems, security and infrastructure teams.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and topologies.
• Stay current with emerging networking technologies and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership during client engagements and design phases.

About the role

Insight is seeking an experienced Archiect II to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade network infrastructure solutions. This role focuses on routing, switching, and wireless technologies with expertise in Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst Center platforms. The ideal candidate will assist in network modernization initiatives, and deliver high-availability solutions that support business-critical operations

As a Archiect II, you will get to:

• Support scalable network solutions using routing, switching, and wireless technologies
• Deploy and configure Cisco Meraki cloud-managed networking platforms for enterprise clients
• Implement Cisco Catalyst Center (formerly Cisco DNA Center) for network automation and intent-based networking
• Manage network infrastructure lifecycle including planning, deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Conduct network assessments and create detailed technical specifications and design documents
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex network issues across multi-site environments
• Support network security implementations including access control, segmentation, and threat mitigation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineers, security, and infrastructure teams
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, topologies, and runbooks
• Stay current with emerging network technologies and industry best practices
• Provide technical leadership during client engagements and solution design phases

What we’re looking for

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering
• 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in network routing and switching technologies
• 3+ years of experience with wireless network design and implementation
• Proven experience deploying and managing Cisco Meraki cloud-managed networks
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) for network automation
• Strong background in network security, segmentation, and access control
• Experience with network monitoring, analytics, and performance optimization tools

Technical Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering
• 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in network routing and switching technologies
• 3+ years of experience with wireless network design and implementation
• Proven experience deploying and managing Cisco Meraki cloud-managed networks
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) for network automation
• Strong background in network security, segmentation, and access control
• Experience with network monitoring, analytics, and performance optimization tools

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) - Enterprise or Routing & Switching
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - Routing & Switching or Enterprise
• Cisco Meraki Certified Network Associate (MCNA)
• Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Network Core Technologies
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification
