Job summary

Linxon in Chennai is seeking an Engineer – Enterprise Service Management to strengthen IT service delivery and governance. This role blends ITSM operations and PMO support, including incident management and data-driven reporting.

You will manage ITIL-based processes, leverage ServiceNow or Freshservice, and build dashboards using Power BI and Excel to drive continuous service improvement. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential, with onsite responsibilities in Chennai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of IT service management/PMO support experience.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes; ITIL foundation certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Freshservice.
• Proficient in reporting tools and dashboards (Excel, Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ITSM processes including incidents, service requests, changes and problems.
• Ensure adherence to SLA targets and service quality standards.
• Monitor service performance against SLAs and OLAs; prepare reports.
• Develop dashboards and metrics reports; support PMO activities and project reporting.
• Assist governance and documentation; act as Major Incident Manager when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders; facilitate bridge calls during critical incidents.
