Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer / Electrical Supervisor to join our manufacturing plant at Ankireddipalli. The candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing plant electrical maintenance and operations. The role requires strong hands‑on electrical troubleshooting skills, experience in handling plant electrical systems, and the ability to supervise and guide junior technicians and electricians.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in motors, panels, drives, control circuits, and utility systems.
• Monitor and maintain LT panels, MCC panels, transformers, DG sets, and electrical distribution systems.
• Ensure smooth operation of plant machinery by minimizing electrical downtime.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of junior electricians and technicians.
• Plan daily maintenance activities and allocate tasks to the maintenance team.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and plant procedures.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
• Support installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical equipment.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams for efficient plant operations.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related field.
• 2–3 years of mandatory experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
