Job summary

Electrical Validation in Bengaluru is seeking a Validation Engineer to develop risk-based test strategies for BMS and Battery systems, guided by PRD, field failures and DFMEA documents. You will craft and maintain validation plans and ensure regulatory compliance, while prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

With 2–4 years of experience, you will set up tests, collect data via PCAN, LabVIEW, or NI DAQ, and collaborate with designers, owners, product and QA to finalize test plans and acceptance

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in the validation/testing environment.
• Proficiency in developing detailed validation plans & reports based on functional and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of testing and failure identification.
• Developing test setups, select instrumentation, and ensure accurate data acquisition using tools such as PCAN, LabVIEW, or NI DAQ.
• Expertise in identifying risks and mitigation planning.

Ideal Candidate

• Overall 2 to 4 years of experience in the validation/testing environment.


• Proficiency in developing detailed validation plans & reports based onfunctional and regulatory requirements.
