Qualifications

• EV powertrain fundamentals and battery/BMS knowledge required.
• Experience with CAN-based data capture and automotive test tools.
• Familiarity with HIL testing and MATLAB/Simulink preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and validation of EV powertrain systems, battery packs, BMS, motors, inverters, DC-DC converters, and on-board chargers.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
• Conduct vehicle-level, subsystem-level, and component-level testing.
• Perform performance, durability, thermal, environmental, and safety testing.
• Analyze test data, identify defects, and support root cause analysis.
• Validate charging systems, battery performance, range, and energy efficiency.
• Support HIL, functional, integration, and end-of-line testing.
• Prepare test reports, validation documents, and compliance records.
• Collaborate with design, software, calibration, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with automotive standards and regulatory requirements.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for testing, validation, and performance evaluation of Electric Vehicle (EV) systems including Battery Packs, BMS, Electric Motors, Inverters, Chargers, and Vehicle-Level Functions. Conduct functional, performance, durability, safety, and regulatory testing to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
