Job summary

Selective Global Search is seeking an on-site AV Technician to provide real-time support for meetings and events. You will diagnose and resolve issues across AV systems, networks, and conferencing platforms, ensuring smooth operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and maintain thorough documentation of systems and incidents, while managing on-site AV inventory and assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support for meetings, events, and video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with AV systems, network integration, and connectivity.
• Perform regular preventative maintenance checks and system testing.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal IT teams for escalations and support.
• Maintain documentation of AV systems, schematics, patching information, and incident logs.
• Ensure all AV systems are up-to-date, clean, and presentable.
• Manage inventory of AV assets and consumables on-site.
