Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc is seeking an Engineer/Associate Engineer to drive AI and automation across design validation and manufacturing data pipelines in Hyderabad. You will deploy ML models, build intelligent assistants for engineers, and automate key workflows from design to validation.

The role requires hands-on ML, Python scripting, and experience with data analytics. Candidates should have a background in IC packaging or semiconductor engineering and hold a relevant Bachelor’s/Master’s

Qualifications

• Understanding of IC packaging, layout, routing, and simulation is preferred
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning and Data Analytics
• Proficiency in Python and engineering automation scripting
• Experience with data pipelines, dashboards, and predictive models
