Job summary

Ericsson Noida invites an experienced NOC Operations Lead to manage 24x7 network monitoring and day-to-day challenges, ensuring operations run smoothly and in line with contracts.

You will guide a cohesive team, drive KPI/SLA fulfillment, and coordinate with Circle NPI, NPO, and other functions to resolve trouble tickets quickly while planning shifts and implementing MSTOP processes.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in engineering or equivalent.
• 3–6 years telecom experience, with a strong focus on network operations.
• ITIL certification and CCNA/JNCIA/CCIP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day NOC operations and ensure SLA adherence.
• Lead the team as a single, cohesive unit delivering outcomes.
• Monitor KPI/SLA fulfillment for network surveillance.
• Motivate and guide resources; provide technical leadership.
• Interface with Circle NPI, NPO, Optimization, SRF, FO, Projects, 3PP, and customers.
• Analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions.
• Plan and execute shift operations; support MSTOP processes.
• Plan manpower and ensure new nodes are integrated per process.

Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:Managing NOC 24X7 environment & to handle the day-to-day operational challenges and ensure smooth operations and as per the contract agreements. Lead by example will be the key attribute desired for the roleKey Responsibilities:• Responsible for day to day operational performance• To lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs.• Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network Surveillance.• Ensuring high motivation level of team resources• Providing Technical guidance and Leadership to the team members• To be able to interface with Interface with the other organizational entities like Circle team NPI, NPO, Optimization, SRF, FO, Projects, 3PP, Customer Support, Customer etc• To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary.• To ensure new nodes are integrated as per the standardized processes.• To predict man-power requirements• SLA reporting for Ticket. (Response & resolution)• Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the MSTOP process• To plan & perform all the shift operational activities.• To support and implement MSTOP processes.• To act as a planned work coordinator for emergency requests beyond normal office hoursCandidate Prerequisites:Education: Degree in Bachelor of EngineeringIndustry Experience:• 3-6 years’ experience in Telecom. Significant part of this experience must be in to Telecom Network• Having completed at least 18 months in current role.• Certifications: ITIL / CCNA/JNCIA/CCIP will be additional advantage• Technical and/or functional skills: GSM & CDMA Knowledge, Telecom Service Network, Service Application characteristics, Implementation & integration of processes.
