Ericsson is seeking a NOC Lead to manage the 24x7 operations, drive day-to-day performance, and ensure SLAs are met. The role requires coordinating a cohesive team, providing technical guidance, and liaising with cross-functional units to sustain network surveillance and incident response.

Ideal candidates bring telecom network experience, ITIL/CCNA/JNCIA/CCIP certifications, and strong English/Hindi communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Engineering degree is required.
• At least 1.5 years of telecom experience, with significant part in telecom network.
• At least 18 months in current role.
• ITIL/ CCNA/ JNCIA/ CCIP certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day NOC operations in a 24x7 environment.
• Lead and coordinate the team to meet SLA/KPI targets.
• Analyze trouble tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions.
• Interface with Circle NPI, NPO, Optimization, SRF, FO, Projects, 3PP and Customer teams.
• Plan shifts and staff to ensure continuous coverage and MSTOP process compliance.

Join our TeamAbout this opportunity:Managing NOC 24X7 environment & to handle the day-to-day operational challenges and ensure smooth operations and as per the contract agreements. Lead by example will be the key attribute desired for the roleKey Responsibilities:• Responsible for day to day operational performance• To lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs.• Ensuring KPI / SLA Fulfillment related to Network Surveillance.• Ensuring high motivation level of team resources• Providing Technical guidance and Leadership to the team members• To be able to interface with Interface with the other organizational entities like Circle team NPI, NPO, Optimization, SRF, FO, Projects, 3PP, Customer Support, Customer etc• To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when necessary.• To ensure new nodes are integrated as per the standardized processes.• To predict man-power requirements• SLA reporting for Ticket. (Response & resolution)• Regular follow up on the events with relevant departments working on it as per the MSTOP process• To plan & perform all the shift operational activities.• To support and implement MSTOP processes.• To act as a planned work coordinator for emergency requests beyond normal office hoursCandidate Prerequisites:Education: Degree in Bachelor of EngineeringIndustry Experience:• At least 1.5 years’ experience in Telecom.
