Qualifications

• 5 years in a Quality Management department.
• Inclusive knowledge in assembly process.
• Strong communication to coordinate CFT members.
• Excellent knowledge of problem-solving approaches.
• Quick resolution of customer complaints.
• Flexible approach to work and understanding of shop floor requirements.
• Management reporting with presentation skills; knowledge on problem resolution.
• Knowledge in PFMEA, PPAP, QC tools, 8D & IATF 16949.
• Knowledge in commercial vehicles - series production & QFL system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor effectiveness of End of line defects per unit as per Target.
• Ensure torque integrity of MDT chassis line as per target.
• Identify root causes for dynamic issues.
• Periodically update SWI/JES.
• Periodically conduct torque audits for critical joints.
• Prepare initial analysis reports per criteria.
• Handle internal & external customer complaints.
• Support CKD business as needed.
• As a CFT member, resolve QFL#4 Product Audit issues and meet slip thru target.

Job Description:

This job requires a person with minimum 5 years of experience in quality functions within Automotive Industry, ideally experience in operative quality management, supervising in various QFL functions like end of line & Chassis. Detailed knowledge of the Vehicle assembly product quality, intercultural experiences, continuos improvement method

Responsibilities

• Monitor effectiveness of End of line defects per unit as per Target

• Ensure the root cause identification for all dynamic issues
• Periodically update SWI/JES
• Periodically conduct the torque audit for critical joints
• Prepare the initial analysis report as per the criteria
• Handling of Interna & external Customer complaints

• CFT member in resolving QFL#4 Product Audit issues & adhere slip thru target
