Job summary

Acey Engineering Pvt. Ltd. in Bilimora, Gujarat, seeks a Quality Engineer to strengthen automotive quality processes. You will monitor in-process and incoming quality, handle customer complaints, and drive corrective actions with suppliers and internal teams.

The role requires 4–6 years in automobile quality, hands-on IATF knowledge, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. You will train staff, support audits, and ensure compliance with quality system procedures.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of quality experience in automobile or auto ancillary industry.
• Experience with customer complaints, audits, supplier quality, and IATF systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of quality inspection and IATF QM systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints, documentation, and corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve customer quality ratings.
• Monitor in-process and incoming material quality.
• Handle warranty issues and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate gauge and fixture development and implementation.
• Communicate with local representatives for complaint handling and segregation.
• Analyse internal rejections and coordinate with suppliers for corrective action plans.

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry in SAP.
• Conduct random product inspections on the production line.
• Provide training to employees on quality requirements.
• Coordinate crimping die design and development as per requirements.
• Review and approve testing and layout reports.

Candidate Profile

Candidates with 4 - 6 years of relevant Quality experience in the Automobile or Auto Ancillary industry, with exposure to customer complaints, audits, supplier quality, and IATF systems, will be preferred.
