Job summary

Comviva Technology is seeking a software engineer to participate in the full software development lifecycle, write clean, maintainable code, and help build scalable platforms. The role involves contributing to architecture and design documents, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality software in a timely manner.

The candidate should be comfortable with Java, Spring, and relational databases, and have hands-on experience with ORM, testing frameworks, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Good working knowledge of Java (preferably Java 11 or above).
• Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate and JPA.
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit and mocking frameworks like Mockito.
• Working knowledge of Spring Core and Spring Boot.
• Experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Basic to intermediate experience with messaging systems such as Kafka.
• Understanding of software design patterns and coding best practices.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Docker, Jenkins, or similar.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
