Job summary

Luxoft Bengaluru is seeking a senior Java developer to design, build and maintain enterprise-grade applications. You will work across backend microservices and REST APIs, collaborating with frontend teams to create scalable, cloud-native solutions.

The role requires hands-on Spring Boot expertise, experience with Docker/Kubernetes, and a strong grasp of CI/CD, Kafka and database technologies. You will contribute to Agile processes and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Qualifications

6–9 years of hands-on Java development experience.
Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Proficient in REST API development and integration.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Familiarity with CI/CD using Jenkins and Git.
Experience with Kafka and event-driven systems.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
Cloud exposure with AWS and/or Azure.
Solid understanding of enterprise app SDLC and Agile teams.
Ability to work effectively in Agile environments.

Responsibilities
