KNR Management Consultants in Gurugram is hiring an Engagement Manager to lead leadership mandates across non-tech sectors for global clients.

You will own end-to-end searches for upper-mid to CXO level roles, source and screen candidates, and collaborate with Practice Heads to translate client mandates into outcomes.

Qualifications

• Upto 20 years in leadership hiring (contingency search/retainer search).
• Strong industry exposure across Manufacturing, Pharma, Medical Devices, FMCG, Chemicals, Automotive, Renewable Energy and Engineering.
• Sharp sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and database-driven search.
• Polish to engage confidently with CXOs and senior leaders, in writing and in person.
• Manage and engage with key clients, nurturing and developing further business from within.

Responsibilities
