Job summary

FarEye is seeking an Engagement Manager/Senior Engagement Manager to drive enterprise implementations within the logistics technology space. You will collaborate with client operations, Product and Engineering to translate business challenges into scalable platform solutions and ensure successful delivery across stakeholders.

The role blends client engagement, solution design and people leadership, in a hybrid setup with travel to customer sites in Southeast Asia and Noida.

Job description

We are hiring an Engagement Manager / Senior Engagement Manager for a leading enterprise logistics technology company that helps large organisations streamline complex operations through technology-driven solutions. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise delivery, client engagement, product and people leadership. You will work closely with client operations teams to understand their business challenges, translate requirements into scalable platform solutions, and coordinate execution across client stakeholders, Product and Engineering. The ideal candidate combines structured problem-solving with strong execution ownership and can navigate complex enterprise environments without relying on a predefined playbook.

The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:

Lead Enterprise Implementations:

• Own enterprise implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through go-live.
• Drive implementation planning, execution, adoption and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate stakeholders across client organisations and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Identify implementation risks early and proactively resolve delivery challenges.

Drive Client Requirements and Solution Design:

• Engage with client operations and functional teams to understand their business processes, challenges and desired outcomes.
• Challenge assumptions, clarify requirements and translate business needs into actionable solution designs.
• Advise client working teams on implementation choices and operational requirements.
• Ensure solutions address the underlying business problem rather than simply executing predefined requests.

Influence Product Development:

• Translate client requirements into structured, reusable product requirements.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritise requirements and resolve implementation dependencies.
• Identify opportunities to build scalable capabilities instead of one-off client customisations.
• Bring implementation insights into product decisions and help improve the platform across customers.

Lead and Develop Teams:

• Manage and develop a team of analysts across different experience levels.
• Build team capabilities in business problem-solving, client communication, requirements management, integrations and APIs.
• Coach team members to take ownership of implementation delivery and product-related problem-solving.
• Maintain high standards of execution, customer engagement and analytical rigour.

Manage Complex Programmes:

• Establish clear timelines, milestones, responsibilities and dependencies.
• Coordinate execution across client stakeholders, Product and Engineering.
• Monitor delivery progress, resolve bottlenecks and manage competing priorities.
• Maintain programme discipline and ensure implementations progress without avoidable delays.

Requirements:

• Approximately 6-10 years of relevant experience, depending on level and demonstrated career progression.
• Experience in enterprise implementation, programme management, solution design or a closely related client-facing role.
• Demonstrated personal ownership of complex enterprise implementations from requirements through go-live.
• Strong ability to understand client business problems and translate them into practical solutions.
• Experience managing and developing teams, preferably analysts or solution-engineering professionals.
• Strong programme management skills, including planning, stakeholder coordination, dependency management and risk resolution.
• Comfort working with Product and Engineering teams on integrations, APIs and solution requirements.
• A structured, analytical approach to problem-solving and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers in India or Southeast Asia.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Noida and travel to customer sites across Southeast Asia.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in consulting or analytics firms with a consult-and-execute operating model.
• Experience in scaled consumer-internet, logistics or technology businesses.
• Exposure to logistics, supply chain or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience working in both structured organisations and fast-paced environments.
