Job summary

Shashwath Solution is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure engineer with deep expertise in SCCM, Microsoft Intune, MBAM, and software distribution tools. The role requires handling Windows OS and server environments, AD, scripting, and ITIL-aligned incident/change management.

You will train peers and contribute to architecture design. The position involves global collaboration, 24x7 readiness, and mentoring of new hires, with a focus on delivering integrated SCCM solutions and robust release

Qualifications

• Should have strong knowledge of SWD products: SCCM 1611/1706/1806/2107 or current CB.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM) cloud solutions.
• Experience with MBAM (BitLocker Administration and Monitoring).

Responsibilities

• Provide expert troubleshooting for SCCM/Intune/MBAM deployments.
• Collaborate with global teams for releases, OSD, and infrastructure tasks.
• Develop product training and mentor new hires.
• Design high-level SCCM architecture for multi-tier environments.
• Create ITSM documentation and KB articles.

Job description

• Should be having Strong knowledge of SWD products especially SCCM 1611/1706/1806/2107 or any latest CB
• Should be having strong experience in Microsoft Intune (MDM) cloud solutions.
• Experience in using Microsoft BitLocker Administration and Monitoring (MBAM)
• Experience with: Office 365 Apps for Enterprise deployments via SCCM and/or Intune
• Good knowledge of Intune and Co-Management
• Ability to relay technical knowledge to both technical and non-technical people, written and verbally.
• Must possess the ability to work independently with minimal management supervision and as part of a global team of engineers
• Demonstrated aptitude for providing exceptional customer service
• Enhance the technical expertise of peers via the development of product training, mentoring of new hires, and team content development
• Apply technology to improve existing products and systems at customers and for internal use
• Excellent technical, communication and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server OS and the latest Client OS available in the market
• Basic knowledge of Packaging Process and Scripting.
• (More specific to an organization):
• Expert level troubleshooting and need to work on any one of the Software Distribution tools (1611/1706/1806/2107 /CB /Intune.)
• Excellent Knowledge of Windows OS and upgrade
• Ability to create SQL queries based on the requirement
• Proven knowledge of incident management, handling customer escalations and ability to handle complex issues on Release, OSD and Infrastructure.
• Flexible to work on a 24X7 basis, Ability to write the process / ITSM Documents and KBs,
• Good knowledge of AD and different AD groups, infrastructure knowledge on the SWD tool.
• Ability to work on Package Distribution, Patch management and release management troubleshooting
• Effectively handle all the ITIL Process Especially Escalated Incident Management/Change Management and Problem Management
• Develop, standardize and implement Microsoft SCCM solutions
• Designing and Deploying medium to large scale SCCM environments (Single to multi-tier sites)
• Must be having knowledge on preparing high-level architecture solution for SCCM environment.
• Interacts with the Chief engineer to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context and organizational strategic direction
• Perform product assessments and make a recommendation
• Coordinates and collaborates with others in analyzing collected requirements to ensure plans and identified solutions meet customer needs and expectations
• Understands and uses the appropriate tools to analyze, identify and resolve business and/or technical problems. Establishes and maintains security, integrity and business continuity controls and documents
• Provide integrated solutions using the existing System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) with 3rd party products SCUP, IVANTI .
