Job summary

Noventiq is seeking an End User Support Engineer / Field Engineer to provide onsite and remote IT support to employees, ensuring reliable day-to-day workplace technology services.

You will manage devices, Microsoft 365 apps, password resets, MFA, and coordinate with IT teams for escalations while maintaining asset records and supporting video-conferencing and network connectivity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of end-user computing, desktop or field support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience with Intune, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory, Autopilot, Defender, BitLocker and MFA.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN).
• Experience with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine).
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, access, and performance issues.
• Prepare, configure, deploy, replace, and maintain employee devices.
• Support device management and compliance using Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, Defender, and BitLocker.
• Support office IT infra, including Wi‑Fi, LAN, meeting-room gear, printers, and video-conferencing.
• Handle user-access administration: password resets, account unlocks, MFA, and license assignments.
• Maintain IT asset/support records and coordinate hardware repairs or vendor support.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, VPN, printers, and other workplace technologies.

• Prepare, configure, deploy, replace, and maintain employee devices throughout their lifecycle.
• Support device management and compliance using tools such as Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Defender, and BitLocker .
• Support office IT infrastructure, including Wi‑Fi, LAN connectivity, meeting-room equipment, printers, and video-conferencing systems.
• Perform basic user-access administration, including password resets, account unlocks, MFA support, and Microsoft 365 license assignments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in end-user computing, desktop support, field support, or workplace IT support.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive , laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and common peripherals.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID / Azure AD, Active Directory, Autopilot, Defender, BitLocker, and MFA .
• Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, Wi‑Fi, and VPN .
• Experience working with an IT service‑management platform such as ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine, or similar .
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work independently onsite and provide hands‑on support when required.

Nice to Have

• Microsoft 365, ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar certification.
• Experience supporting executives, remote employees, meeting‑room technologies, or distributed offices.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge.
