Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks an experienced E2E Test Engineer with telecom OSS/BSS expertise to validate complex end-to-end workflows and champion automation-first testing across releases.

This role involves building Playwright-based automation, performing API testing, and coordinating with product, development and QA teams to ensure robust provisioning, billing and activation flows across multi-system telecom architectures in Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmadabad, Gurgaon and Hyderabad.

Formación

• 6+ years of software testing experience with focus on E2E testing.
• Hands-on telecom OSS/BSS testing (order-to-activate, billing, provisioning).
• Experience with Playwright for automation and API testing (REST/GraphQL).
• Familiar with Jira, Octane or similar test-management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test scenarios covering telecom OSS/BSS workflows.
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright.
• Collaborate with product, development, and architecture teams to define test coverage.

• Drive shift-left testing by embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines.

• Design, develop, and execute end-to-end test scenarios covering telecom OSS/BSS workflows (order management, provisioning, billing, activation, etc.)
• Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright
• Collaborate with product, development, and architecture teams to understand system flows and define test coverage
• Validate integrations across APIs, UI, middleware, and downstream systems in complex telecom ecosystems
• Drive shift-left testing by embedding automation into CI/CD pipelines
• Analyze test results, identify root causes of failures, and work closely with engineering teams for defect resolution
• Enhance existing automation frameworks for reliability, reusability, and execution efficiency
• Support regression, smoke, and release validation cycles for large-scale telecom applications
• Ensure test coverage across multi-system workflows, including microservices-based architectures

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in software testing with strong focus on E2E testing
