The role collaborates with the Internal Committee, delivers awareness training, and helps foster a positive, compliant, and respectful workplace culture across the organization.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in Employee Relations, HRBP, HR Operations or Compliance.
• Hands-on experience handling POSH cases and workplace investigations.
• Strong understanding of employee relations practices and grievance management.
• Knowledge of labor laws and workplace compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
