Job summary

Object Technology Solutions in Hyderabad is seeking an HR professional specializing in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations to manage ER case handling, disciplinary matters, grievances, and policy implementation.

You will drive statutory labor compliance across India, advise on labor laws, and coordinate with cross-functional teams while leveraging MS Office tools to maintain accurate HR records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA / Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Employee Relations / Industrial Relations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in statutory labor compliance and ER case management, where the role includes India labor compliance responsibilities.
• Hands on working knowledge of Indian labor laws, statutory compliance practices, ER processes, disciplinary matters, grievances, and performance-related case handling.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
