Job summary

Edme Insurance Brokers is seeking an experienced EB Placement professional in Mumbai. The role focuses on placement of Employee Benefits policies, insurer negotiations, and timely policy issuance.

You will manage RFQs, quotations, and coordination with Sales and Client Servicing teams to secure favourable terms. We require 5-10 years of experience in Employee Benefits placement with strong market knowledge and excellent communication skills to build insurer relationships and handle renewals

Qualifications

• Experience in placement of Employee Benefits policies such as GMC/GHI, GPA & GTL.
• RFQs, quotations and insurer negotiations experience.
• Preparation of comparative statements / QCRs.
• Ability to negotiate pricing, coverage and terms with insurers.
• Coordination with insurers, Sales and Client Servicing teams.
• Experience in fresh business and renewal placements.
• Ensure timely policy issuance and documentation.
