• Plan activities to achieve two calls and appointments daily; Communicate document requirements to customers and follow up; Ensure document completeness and arrange pickups.
• Provide financial products like Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, and Asset Products; Monitor and track leads for cross-selling opportunities.
