Job summary

Aayush Kumar IQ City Foundation invites qualified physicians to join our emergency department in Durgapur. You will assess and triage patients promptly, manage medical, surgical, trauma and critical emergencies, perform BLS/ACLS, and coordinate with ICU, OT, and other departments to ensure timely care.

Qualifications

• MD/DNB/MEM in Emergency Medicine preferred.
• Valid medical registration required.
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and triage emergency patients promptly.
• Manage medical, surgical, trauma, and critical emergencies.
• Perform BLS/ACLS and emergency resuscitation.
• Manage airway, shock, respiratory failure, and cardiac emergencies.
• Interpret ECG, ABG, imaging, and laboratory investigations.
• Perform emergency procedures as per clinical privileges.
• Initiate appropriate treatment and medications.
• Coordinate with specialists, ICU, OT, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate emergency medical records and documentation.
• Ensure patient safety, infection control, and clinical protocols.
• Communicate effectively with patients and attendants.
• Participate in emergency drills, training, and quality improvement activities.
