KG Invicta Services invites application for an EMC/Hardware engineer to analyze EMC requirements and support integration testing. You will prepare test specs, assist in failure analysis, and coordinate with the development team for validation activities.

EMC Requirement analysis / study Documentation in line with change request Integration test spec preparation, review and integration testing Support on EMC failure analysis and troubleshooting. EMC Test plan preparation as per EMC/Electrical (EE) requirements according to Automotive EMC Test standards like CISPR25, ISO11452, ISO10605. Test setup support for Validation software. Initial measurement capture waveform of i/o profiles Execute EMC/EE test and report preparation with minimal support. Troubleshoot deviation of Functional behavior in any DUT with Schematic and layout references EMC Validation support - DUT functionality and Test setup verification (Validation Tool operation,) EMC Test plan, EMC Load box, Wiring harness plan preparation. Test setup preparation, coordination & witness at external lab as applicable. Development team coordination for Requirement collection, periodic status update
Solid Understanding of Electronic Hardware fundamentals
Experience in Electronic Hardware Troubleshooting PCB design and review skills
Understanding of Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) Concepts Competence in Automotive EMC Test standards like CISPR25, ISO11452, ISO10605
Knowledge on CAN, LIN, Flex-ray, Ethernet communication Configuration & Requirement Management tools
