Job summary

Coforge in Bengaluru/Coimbatore is seeking an EMC Test Engineer with 7+ years of experience to join in-office operations. The role requires in-office presence and a 24x7 shift pattern at Bengaluru/Coimbatore locations.

You will work on ISO/IEC 17025 processes, EMC standards, and troubleshoot EMC test setups, using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and EMI receivers. Basic soldering skills and hardware knowledge of RF, digital and analog components are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on EMC test experience.
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 processes.
• Strong understanding of automotive EMC standards.
• Basic soldering skills and hardware knowledge (RF, analog, digital).
• Proficient with measuring instruments (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, EMI receivers).

Required skills:

• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 processes
• Hands on Knowledge of automotive EMC standards and sound knowledge on EMC Basics
• Basic communication skills
• Basic soldering skills
• Good knowledge on Hardware (Passive and Active components - RF, Digital and Analog)
• Hands-on experience in using measuring instruments - Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzer /EMI receivers etc.
• Able to interpret Standards/OEM specifications.
• Hands on experience in conducting EMC tests.
• Hands on experience to troubleshoot and resolve EMC test setup issues.

Preferred:

• Basic Knowledge of EMC standards.
• Basic Knowledge of EMC and Electrical testing.
